PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability for a user by reducing a weight of a shelf main body, with respect to a cantilever shelf for loading foods or the like in a refrigerator. SOLUTION: This cantilever shelf mounted inside of the refrigerator for loading foods, comprises the shelf main body 29 holding foods, and a shelf supporting rail 43 constituted to mount the shelf main body 29 inside of a refrigerating compartment. As the weight of shelf main body 29 is reduced by integrally molding the shelf with a resin, the shelf main body 29 can be easily mounted and demounted, and the load in changing a position of the shelf can be reduced.
