PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device of an internal combustion engine, capable of restraining the deterioration in combustion when starting the internal combustion engine, in the fuel injection control device of the internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: After beginning starting of the internal combustion engine, force feed of a high pressure pump is started from the time t1 (Figure (C)), and fuel pressure in a delivery pipe is increased by the force feed (Figure (E)). After the fuel pressure in the delivery pipe becomes injection allowable pressure or more, fuel injection is started from a second cylinder having the injection timing just before the force feed of the high pressure pump (Figure (D)).
