PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint for the housing of vibration isolation capable of using a general-purpose pipe material for most drain-pipe systems and also holding a height dimension to a low. SOLUTION: In the pipe joint for the housing of vibration isolation connecting a drain-pipe of a building equipped with a base isolation device to a drain main pipe placed in a foundation, a drain main pipe connecting side member 14 having a drain main pipe connecting short pipe section 12 connected to the drain main pipe and a foundation side plate section 13 circumferentially provided to the outer circumference of the upper end thereof and a drain-pipe connecting side member 18 having a drain-pipe connecting short pipe section 16 facing the drain main pipe connecting short pipe section 12 and a building side plate section 17 circumferentially provided in the horizontal direction from the outer circumference of the lower end thereof are so interconnected that the outer circumferential edges of both plate sections 13 and 17 are interconnected with an expansible rubber-made interconnecting member 19 in a state to pile the foundation side plate section 13 on the building side plate section 17.
