PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to change length of an arm attached to a rotary shaft and to move a work straight. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 18, a connection means 20 connected to the rotary shaft and turning in an arc shape of angles less than 180°around the rotary shaft, and a guide means 24 having an end part E of a connection means slidably engaged with the same and extending vertically to the rotary shaft. When an end part slides along the guide means by turn of the connection means, the connection means extends or contracts according to change of distance between the end part and the rotary shaft.
