<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a node, an information transmission processing program, and an information distribution method or the like, which are capable of avoiding concentration of processing about accounting. <P>SOLUTION: A user node 1a transmits an application message for purchase of a content, and the message reaches a route node 1x having one closest to the content, and the route node transfers the message to a content holder node 1b preserving the content, and the content holder node 1b transmits a purchase registration message for confirming whether the content can be provided or not, to access right management nodes 1y1 to 1y10 preserving provision propriety relevant information corresponding to the user node 1a. When the access right management nodes 1y1 to 1y10 refer to the provision propriety relevant information corresponding to a pertinent user ID to determine that purchase is possible, the access right management nodes 1y1 to 1y10 update the amount of pooled money of the user and returns a purchase propriety message to the content holder node 1a, and the content holder node 1b transmits reply information to the user node 1a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
