The present invention relates to a radiation curable liquid composition having good liquid stability, excelling in curability and capable of forming a cured film which excels in antistatic properties, hardness, scratch resistance, and transparency on various substrates. This composition comprises nanoparticles of a metal oxide, metal nitride, metal sulfide, metal phosphide, metal carbide, metal boride, metal selenide or mixture thereof, a compound having at least two polymerizable unsaturated groups, one or more solvents, wherein the solubility of said component (B) in said solvents is 60wt% or higher; this composition maintains its liquid stability after aging at 54°C for 72 hours and when cured, has a refractive index of 1.60 or higher.
