PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus configured to allow only an owner of a vehicle to unlock a door, while preventing theft of the vehicle and improving security, and an unlocking control method.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 10 which communicates by radio with a plurality of mobile information terminals 3-1 to 3-3 includes: an input-output unit 100 which inputs/outputs data; and a control unit 300 which causes the input-output unit 100 to output a control signal to unlock a door of a vehicle when an authentication based on a vehicle ID of the vehicle and a key ID of a smart key 2 of the vehicle is successful, and when a voice of a one-time password is detected after the one-time password is transmitted to one of the mobile information terminals 3-1 to 3-3 located closest to the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
