A composition contains an aqueous solution and a phospholipid mixture comprising 60-95 wt.% phosphatidyl choline, 2-25 wt.% phosphatidyl ethanolamine and 0-15 wt.% sphingomyelin. An independent claim is also included for preparation of the composition comprising adding the components of the phospholipid mixture to the aqueous solution and homogenizing or extruding under high pressure.
