<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit where communication between substrates by inductive coupling is performed with less power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: An amplification rate of an amplifier 10a is "1". On the other hand, those of amplifiers 10b to 10d are "2", "4" and "8". They are combined and they are amplified at the amplification rate of 1 to 15 (=1+2+4+8) as a whole. A transmission power control register 21 outputs on/off signals to the amplifiers 10a to 10d so that transmission power corresponding to a distance to the substrate having a reception coil being a transmission destination (namely, distance between transmission coil and reception coil) can be obtained, to put it concretely, the amplification rate making transmission power proportional to the distance can be obtained.
