PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press forming apparatus equipped with a die, a punch and cushion rings, of which the structure is designed to enhance the rigidity of the cushion rings. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the press forming apparatus equipped with the die 2, punch 3 and a plurality of cushion rings 5 and 6.
