PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bondable polyester film which is excellent in stability of a coating liquid in the manufacturing process and uniformity of the coated film after stretching, and has a flame retardancy not lowered by high temperature treatment during processing and the like and a favorable adhesivity to printing inks, binders, adhesives, photocurable resins and the like. SOLUTION: The bondable polyester film has a bondable layer at least on one side of the film. The bondable layer is formed by coating a coating liquid containing (A) a polymer having a quarterly ammonium group and a carboxyl group in the side chain, (B) two ore more kinds of crosslinking agents, (C) a surfactant, and (D) a dispersing defoamer. The paired ions of the quarterly ammonium group in (A) are alkyl sulfate ions. The mass ratio of (A) to (B) (A/B) is 95/5-70/30. (C) represents 1-10 mass pts. to 100 mass pts. of the total of (A) and (B). (D) accounts for 0.5-3 mass pts of 100 mass pts. of the coating liquid. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
