PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform quick, easy and safe attachment/detachment of a die to/from a die block using a slide and also to prevent breakdown and damage of the slide caused by impact during heading work. SOLUTION: A diameter of a die inserting hole 21 is made larger than an outer diameter of the die 1 and a slide groove 22 is made by grooving the bottom part of the die inserting hole 21 in the direction to insert or retract the die 1. The slide 6, which puts in/out the die 1 in a loaded state, is set in a slidable and vertically movable state in the slide groove 22. An engaging recessed part 61 is prepared on the slide 6 having the slide 6 engaged with the die 1, while an engaging projected part 12 is prepared on the die 1. A fastening screw 10, which pushes and fastens the die 1 inserted in the die inserting hole 21 to the bottom of the die inserting hole 21, is installed in the upper side of the die block 2. When the die 1 is fastened to the bottom of the die inserting hole 21 with a fastening screw 10, the slide 6 is constituted to retract to an underneath retract position apart from the bottom of the die.
