PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chemical analysis system and dispensing method which is superior in both quantitativeness and safety, enabling sealing of a reaction vessel, without having the sample dispensed in the vessel evaporate or leave a gas. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a block for placement 12b with the reaction vessels 5b, 5c for injecting the sample 10 arranged; a closed lid 21a provided with a ventilation hole 25 for sealing the face for injecting the sample 10 of the reaction vessels 5b, 5c; a sensor 24 installed in the closed lid 21a for detecting status of the sample 10; and a needle 20 which passes through the closed lid 21a and injects the sample 10 into the reaction vessels 5b, 5c.
