PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide annotation technology which helps acquisition of many pieces of information in short time by a reader in an electronic document. SOLUTION: This information processor has an acceptance means for accepting input of a main concept constituted of words or phrases and sub-concept, an association input means for associating the main concept with the sub-concept accepted by the acceptance means and accepting input of values indicating an association degree between the concepts and a storage means for storing concept information constituted of the main concept, the sub-concept accepted by the acceptance means and the association degree between the concepts accepted by the association input means.
