PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic Doppler diagnosis device capable of more sensitively collecting bloodstream information without a turn from the blood flowing at high speed in a deeper region inside a subject. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic Doppler diagnosis device for receiving a reflected wave of an ultrasonic continuous wave as well as transmitting the ultrasonic continuous wave in the range direction is provided. The device comprises a modulation means for modulating the frequency of the ultrasonic continuous wave to change the phase according to the distance in the range direction, a demodulation means for demodulating the reflected wave for each range in the range direction as interlocked with the frequency modulation and generating a receiving signal in the range in the separated state, and a presentation means for presenting the information by using a signal of the Doppler component based on the receiving signal.
