<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a floss cleaning device capable of effectively preventing the peeling of a dental floss and the burr of mold resin at a time of molding. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the floss cleaning device integrally injection-molds the floss cleaning device 1 having a floss tension part, where the dental floss is tensioned by forming floss guide grooves 16 in dental floss tensioning positions in cavities 14a and 14b modeled on the shape of the floss cleaning device 1, passing the dental floss 4 through the floss guide grooves, closing the mold, and injecting molten resin into the cavities, and a grip part continued to the floss tension part. The cross-section ratio (a packing factor PF) of the dental floss 4 to the floss guide grooves 16 in the outside positions of the tip portions 3a and 3b of the forked floss tension part 3 is set to 1.0<PF<1.3, and the molten resin is injected in the cavities in the set state, so that the dental floss is fixed between the tip portions 3a and 3b of the forked floss tension part 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
