IMAGE SIGNAL PROCESSING DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein when a MOS imaging sensor is not provided with a means for securing auxiliary simultaneousness such as a mechanical shutter, moving subjects are distorted and imaged when capturing still images of a fast-moving subject because imaging and reading are not simultaneous across the MOS sensor.

SOLUTION: The image processing device is provided with: a means for changing the MOS sensor exposure sequence and reading sequence; and a means for interpolating the read data. When imaging a high resolution moving image, the read sequence is changed or corrected for every line, thereby improving distortion in moving subjects.
