PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for efficiently feeding a packaging bag stacked in a standby mechanism to a clamper in a rotary packaging machine. SOLUTION: Approximately as soon as the packaging bag 10 is transferred to a sliding surface of a tilting sliding plate 70 by the rotation 15 of a second vacuum cup 13, a pinching claw 41 waiting for the sliding plate 70 to stand straight pinches the mouth of the packaging bag 10 supported by the sliding plate 70 and transfers the bag 10 to the clamper 43 of the rotary packaging machine as indicated by the arrow mark 42. The sliding plate stands, passes the packaging bag to the pinching claw and tilts in an original posture to receive a new packaging bag while the claw transfers the bag to the clamp, resulting in improvement in efficiency.
