<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic device for generating a high-voltage pulse voltage with manufacturing facilitated. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic device of transformer structure comprises a ferrite core 3, coil windings 1 and 2 wound around the ferrite core 3, and a plurality of terminals 6 for connecting with the coil windings 1 and 2 from the outside.
