<p>The present invention relates to a cleaning robot having a double suction device, which is comprised of: a casing 110 formed with wheel type running wheels 111 configured to rotate and move at the lower both sides of the casing, the running wheels supported by a plurality of supporting wheels 112 provided at the lower portion of the casing, an infrared ray sensor 114 installed at the front of the casing in the radial direction for detecting the position of the obstacles, a bumper installed at the front thereof for mitigating the impact produced upon the contact with the obstacles, and an electric power supply portion 115 installed at the rear side thereof for supplying the electric power; a brush portion 120 formed with a brush 121 at the lower center of the casing 110 by means of a vibration shaft 122 moving upwardly and downwardly, one end of the brush 121 and a brush motor being connected by means of a coupling 123 so that the brush can rotate and vibrate upwardly and downwardly, and a plate type blade 125 installed at the rear of the rotating brush 121 to be positioned at a desired height from the ground to thereby collect the garbage dispersed from the brush 121 and guide to the upper portion of the casing; a dust collecting portion 130 formed with a housing 131 for receiving the garbage within the casing 110, the housing having a grip 132 for facilitating the taking out thereof at the upper portion thereof, suction flow paths for the garbage constructed doubly by a brush suction opening 134 formed at the lower portion of the housing 131 for sucking the garbage collected at the upper portion of the brush 121 and a dust collecting suction opening 135 formed at the rear of the brush 121 for vacuum sucking the garbage, the brush suction opening and the dust collecting suction opening being connected to one side of the housing 131 by means of a distributor 133 to thereby suck and collect the garbage within the housing 131, and a cleanable anti-fungal filter 137 connected to one side of the distributor 133 with installing a packing 138 at a connection portion for preventing the leakage of the air to thereby filter the collected garbage; and a suction device 140 having a suction opening 143 for vacuum sucking the garbage and formed with an anti- fungal filter 137 sealed by a packing 138 of the dust collecting portion 130 and a packing 144 for preventing the leakage of the air, and a fan 142 rotated by the driving of a suction motor 141 installed at the inside of the suction opening 143 for producing the vacuum suction force.</p> |
