ELECTRIC POWER CONTROLLER AND RADIO COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT USING SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power controller which varies the source voltage of a power amplifier corresponding to respective modes. SOLUTION: The electric power controller includes: a signal level varying circuit 2 which is supplied with an input signal and varies the level of the input signal according to a 1st control signal; a 1st function generation circuit 3 which is supplied with a switching signal for switching between an electric power control signal and the input signal and outputs a 1st control signal controlling the level of the input signal; a 2nd function generation circuit 4 which is supplied with the electric power control signal and generates a voltage corresponding to the electric power control signal; and an amplifier 4 which is supplied with the signal from the signal level varying circuit and also supplied with the source voltage corresponding to the electric power control signal from the 2nd function generation circuit to amplify the signal inputted from the signal level varying circuit.
