PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus with a means at a continuously rotating scanner rotation part to supply power from the power source to an X-ray tube side wherein the power supply means is easily maintained and checked to improve the reliability of the apparatus as a whole. SOLUTION: This X-ray CT apparatus is equipped with an electromagnetic power transmission means 19 formed by combining a first coil 20a connected to the output side of an inverter 2 and placed on the circumference of a fixing frame of the scanner rotation part 8 and, a second coil 20b placed on the circumference of a rotation frame of the scanner rotation part 8 facing the first coil 20a, and connected to the input side of a transformer 3 as a means arranged in a scanner rotation part 8 to supply power from a power source 1 to an X-ray tube 5 side. Thereby, required power can be supplied in non-contact by an electromagnetic induction action, power supply parts are prevented from wearing and corrosion, maintenance and check of the power supply means are made easier, and simultaneously reliability of the apparatus can be improved as a whole.
