PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and easily carry out setting of communication control information that is required for a wireless portable terminal before communication, anytime and anywhere. SOLUTION: A communication setting means 120 comprises: a function for feeding power to a mounted WLAN terminal 100, the function including an element that functions as a so-called cradle, and performs communication and charging only by mounting and supporting the WLAN terminal 100; a function for authenticating the relevant WLAN terminal 100 while utilizing an authentication server 110 as needed with the start of power feeding to the WLAN terminal 100 as a trigger; and a function for automatically transferring to the WLAN terminal 100 various kinds of communication information required for the WLAN terminal 100 to make communication control if succeeding in the authentication.
