The exchanger has two covering layers (2, 3) that are spaced apart from each other. A three-dimensional zig-zag structure (4) with double zig-zag pattern is provided between the layers and extends in the direction of length and breadth of the exchanger. Folding of the structure and the layers form flow channels. The channels are connected with layers via holes in the layers and limit a heat transfer medium flowing via the exchanger. The holes are provided in the layers for the inflow and outflow of the heat transfer medium.
