METHOD OF DETECTING CALMODULIN STRUCTURE CHANGE, METHOD OF RETRIEVING MATTER HAVING ACTIVITY AFFECTING CALMODULIN STRUCTURE CHANGE

A method which can detect a calmodulin structure change easily and quantitatively in a short time and in real time, and a method which can retrieve effectively a matter having activity affecting a calmodulin structure change from among many matters. A matter under test from which activity is to be detected is allowed to act on a sample film consisting of calmodulin to detect changes in sample film tension and/or elasticity made after the matter under test is acted on by a mechanochemical sensor, whereby the method can measure, in real time and in a short time, activity that induces or blocks a calmodulin structure change provided by the matter under test.
