<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize characteristics by applying pressure to the laminated surface of a storage capacitor cell, and to stabilize the characteristics of each cell by effectively radiating heat that is generated in the storage capacitor cell. <P>SOLUTION: The heat generated in the storage capacitor cell 2 is radiated by intermediate plates 8a and 8b holding laminated bodies of the storage capacitor cell 2 by specified layers, and the laminated layers of each cell are pressurized by applying load on the intermediate plates 8a and 8b by a wire provided on a frame support 7 engaged to the intermediate plates 8a and 8b. Thus, stabilization of characteristics for each cell is achieved for both oscillation and heat, and function of a package as a whole can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
