PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal in which difficulty in listening to received sound is suppressed in a telephone conversation in a normal open state when a sub-multifunctional key is provided closer to a front end side than a display screen in a display surface of a display casing. SOLUTION: The portable communication terminal is composed of: a display casing 2 having a display surface on which a display screen 4 is provided; an operation casing 3 having an operation surface; and a linking part for linking both casings in a foldable manner. The terminal comprises: the sub-multifunctional key 22 which is provided at a side opposite from the linking part in the display surface and closer to the front end side than the display screen 4 and executes four different operation inputs in accordance with an upper, lower, left or right depressing part; a sound hole 10 which is formed around the sub-multifunctional key 22 in the display surface and is used for a receiver outputting received voice at the telephone conversation; an engagement hole 25 which is formed on the display casing 2 and where the sub-multifunctional key 22 is arranged; and a groove 24 for received voice propagation which is formed by depressing the display surface and connects the periphery of the sound hole 10 to a gap between the engagement hole 25 and the sub-multifunctional key 22.
