PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient refrigerator by providing a temperature changing chamber having a temperature retaining function in addition to a common cool preservation function. SOLUTION: The refrigerator 1 has a composition provided with a cooling device generating cold air, at least one storage chamber, the temperature changing chamber 3 capable of changing a chamber temperature, a first introduction ventilation passage 12 carrying the cold air to the temperature changing chamber 3, a first damper 13 provided in the first introduction ventilation passage 12 and adjusting a volume of air to be carried to the temperature changing chamber 3, a first return ventilation passage carrying air in the temperature changing chamber 3 to the cooling device, a second damper provided in the first return ventilation passage and adjusting a volume of air sent out from the temperature changing chamber 3, a heater 15 raising the temperature of the temperature changing chamber 3, and a control part controlling the heater 15 to provide the chamber temperature ranging 50-80°C of the temperature changing chamber 3.
