PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of an image forming device or an image reading device. SOLUTION: After detecting inclination of a sheet, a pair of resist rollers 2 are inclined in response to detection quantity, and during the time when correcting bias filling by biting the sheet S and returning inclination of the pair of resist rollers 2 to home position, sheets S carrying speed is decelerated to restrict the shock when the sheet S is bitten by the pair of resist rollers 2 and the vibration when the resist roller turns, and occurrence of bias filling again due to displacement of the sheet S can be prevented.
