PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with a zipper tape which retains airtightness and watertightness, and prevents a content from leaking even when an inner pressure acts on the content side of a bag body, therefore, is most suitable for use in packaging a retort food requiring high-temperature retort treatment. SOLUTION: The packaging bag 30 has the zipper tape 1 attached to the inner surface of an opening of the bag body 20, the zipper tape 1 having a pair of male member 11 and a female member 12 which are composed of an engaging part 10 and strip bases 13 and 14 connected to the engaging part 10. One strip base 14 has a width greater at the content side than that of the the other strip base 13, where the greater portion forms a wider part 141. The surface of wider part 141 that is on the same side as the engaging part 10 is glued to the bag body inner surface counter to the wider part surface in an easily pealable manner, while the surface of wider part 141 that is on the opposite side to the engaging part 10 is virtually not glued to the bag body inner surface opposite to the wider part surface.
