PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat provided with a seat belt capable of surely holding a small child or the like in simple constitution. SOLUTION: The seat of a baby carriage 10 is provided with a seat part 30 and a backrest part 32 provided successively to the seat part 30. The baby carriage 10 includes a crotch belt 18 whose one end is fixed to the center part of the seat part 30, a pair of shoulder belts 14a and 14b connected to the other end of the crotch belt 18, whose rear end is made to pass through shoulder part through-holes 35a and 35b provided on the upper part of the backrest part 32 and led to the behind of the backrest part 32, and belt adjustment lock members 39a and 39b positioned close to the shoulder part through-holes 35a and 35b behind the backrest part 32 for length-adjustably receiving the other side ends of the pair of shoulder belts 14a and 14b and inhibiting the pair of shoulder belts 14a and 14b from falling out from the shoulder part through-holes 35a and 35b to the front.
