<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device for a vehicle structured so that a display picture field and an operation picture field are formed separately, capable of suppressing the misoperation of an operator operating while watching the image information given in the display picture field. <P>SOLUTION: The information display device for the vehicle is equipped with the display picture field 11 to display a variety of images and the operation picture field 12 provided apart by a certain distance from the display picture field 11 in such a way as positioned closely to the operator more than the display picture field 11 and sensing the contact position of the operator making a contact operation, wherein a specified operating signal is emitted on the basis of images X12-X16 given in the display picture field and the contact position sensed on the operation picture field 12, while the operating motion made by a finger C of the operator on the operation picture field 12 is sensed, and when the operating motion is sensed, the form of the images X12-X16 is changed so that the images X12-X16 given in the display picture field 11 enlarge for eliminating any misoperation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
