PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely stop an intended vessel without harming the crews thereof. SOLUTION: An unmanned cockpit 26 including a radio control device, an engine, a propulsion propeller 30 and the like is mounted on a machine body 20 formed of a flexible material to form an unmanned blimp 19. A gas rapid releasing device 25 is provided on a part of the machine body 20 of the unmanned blip 19 as an exploding mechanism, and the machine body 20 itself forms a membrane when the machine body 20 is exploded. The unmanned blimp 19 is approached to the intended vessel 4, and the machine body 20 is exploded at point-blank range. Since the blimp 19 can cover the intended vessel 4 since the machine body 20 itself forms a membrane, the intended vessel 4 can be stopped without harming the crews. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
