<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance positional accuracy of a pallet at a component withdrawal position, in a pallet withdrawal type component feeder. <P>SOLUTION: The component feeder 4a comprises a pallet-housing section 20 for housing a plurality of sheets of pallet 21 mounting components, and a mechanism 40 for withdrawing the pallet 21 from the housing section 20. The pallet withdrawal mechanism 40 has a clamping mechanism 60 for moving the pallet 21, and a pair of rails 43a and 43b for guiding the pallet 21. Out of these rails 43a and 43b, the rail 43a on one side is a reference rail and the rail 43b on the other side is provided with a side push member 45 (pressing member) for pressing the pallet 21 against the inner side face (positioning portion) of the reference rail 43a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
