摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit the power consumption of which can be reduced by decreasing a current flowing into gate capacitance of an output transistor. SOLUTION: The output transistor of the output circuit includes: a first conduction type transistor (P1) and a second conduction type transistor (N1) connected in series; a first buffer means (BP1) whose output terminal is connected to the gate electrode of the first conduction type transistor; a second buffer means (BP2) whose output terminal is connected to the gate electrode of the second conduction type transistor; and a signal input terminal S1 connected in common to input terminals of the first and second buffer means, and a potential setting means is provided in common to all the output circuits, which sets a first power terminal in the first buffer means to a first level potential (VCC), connects the second power terminal of the first buffer means to the first power terminal of the second buffer means to form a common node (VB), sets the second power terminal of the second buffer means to a second level (GND), and sets the potential of the common node to an intermediate potential between the first and second levels.
