IC CARD, AND IC CARD SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card capable of visually recognizing information without checking front and rear surfaces when the information is exchanged with an external device.

SOLUTION: The IC card includes a display part (transparent display part) on each of first and second main surfaces and the information is displayed as a normal image so as to be normally visually recognized by a user. The IC card determines the front and rear states of a case by a light receiving means. The information is displayed as the normal image for the user in the display part (transparent display part) at the main surface side to be visually recognized by the user. Accordingly, when the information is exchanged between the IC card and the external device, the user visually recognizes the information without checking the front and rear surfaces of the IC card.
