PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overlooking for attention objects such as a person etc. in an input image by a simple configuration, even if complicated image processing is performed for an input image in a configuration in which a plurality of image data are switched and output to an external part. SOLUTION: A frame switcher 12 prepared in an image recording device is provided with 4 image input ports 51 to 54 to which 4 blocks of image data are respectively input; 4 input buffers 41 to 44 which temporarily memorize the input image data respectively; a memory 23 which memorizes transferred image data from the 4 input buffers 41 to 44 through an internal bus 24; a bus control unit 25 which controls the internal bus 24; and an external bus port 26 which acquires a control right of the internal bus 24 from the bus control unit 25, and makes it possible to access the memory 23 from an image processor 16, etc. The image processor connected to the external bus port 26 directly reads in image data from the memory 23, and performs image processing.
