PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow degassing without narrowing a heat transfer fin area in small-diameter heat exchanger tube units of laminated structure. SOLUTION: In the small-diameter heat exchanger tube units 4 of a small-diameter multitubular heat exchanger constituted to integrally provide heat transfer fins 42 on both sides, either one of heat transfer fin plates 4A, 4B is cut out to form cutout parts 43a, 43b to which the fin surface of the other heat transfer fin plate 4A or 4B is exposed. The cutout parts 43a, 43b opened onto one side of the heat transfer fins 42 thereby exist to allow effective degassing actually in the same way as narrowing the fin width without narrowing the heat transfer area of the heat transfer fins, and sealing performance and pressure tightness of fin joint surfaces can be effectively improved.
