PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board case in a simple structure capable of being surely sealed and preventing fraudulent opening. SOLUTION: The board case 1 is provided with a base member 2 and a cover member 3, and when they are combined, a space capable of housing a board 7 is formed between them. The base member 2 is provided with a first flange part 5 projected outwards from an outer peripheral edge, and the cover member 3 is provided with a second flange part 6 projected outwards from the outer peripheral edge and piled up with the first flange part 5. The first flange part 5 is provided with a first fixing hole 22, the second flange part 6 is provided with a second fixing hole 33, and both flange parts are brought into press contact with each other and fixed by a fixing member 31 passed through both fixing holes. At least one of both flange parts is provided with a through-hole 32, and at the time of fixing both flange parts, a gap 8 whose interval is larger at near the through-hole 32 than near both fixing holes and to which a liquid adhesive agent injected from the through-hole is to flow in is formed between both flange parts.
