PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fraudulent conversion of a control board, which is performed from the gap of an opening portion fixed with a connector. SOLUTION: A board case 30 includes a cover member 40 storing a main control board 31 and a bottom member 50. The cover member 40 has the opening portions 45 each having the connector 34 exposed to the outside and is provided with a rising wall portion 46 along the peripheral edge of the opening portion 45. The board 31 is disposed with shielding members 60 between the board and the connectors 34. The outer periphery M of the shielding member 60 is formed larger than the peripheral edge L of the opening portion 45. The shielding member 60 includes a sealing wall portion 66 formed so that the rising wall portion 46 of the cover member 40 is fitted to the inside. The shielding member 60 has an insertion port 65 for inserting all of joint pins 35. The outer periphery N of the insertion port 65 is formed smaller than the outer periphery S of the connector 34.
