<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic data management system which relates each of a plurality of pieces of electronic data with at least one of a plurality of pieces of group information and storing the electronic data, and which supports edit of group information to be performed by taking an actual status of use into consideration so that the edit is relatively easily performed. <P>SOLUTION: A status-of-use information storing part 32 stores status-of-use information showing a status of use at least for a first predetermined period and a second predetermined period while relating the status-of-use information with the group information. A display part 36 displays a group correspondence image for at least one piece of the group information. A display mode determining part 34 determines a display mode for the group correspondence image to be displayed on the display part 36 on the basis of status-of-use information relating to the first predetermined period and the status-of-use information relating to the second predetermined period to be stored while related with the group information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
