The method involves controlling mobile radio services, using technical mechanisms which are aligned with core network. The telephone number of customer of a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) is received from national mobile number blocks that is provided by regular countries. A caller of MVNO customers is permitted to obtain the tariff for the callers and other networks of the countries and also the telephone number of caller.
