PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filling battery in which electrolytic solution can be filled in a plurality of unit cells simultaneously and uniformly and rapid activation is possible. SOLUTION: The liquid filling battery comprises (a) an ampule filled with an electrolytic solution, (b) a power generation part in which a plurality of unit cells are laminated, and (c) a structure which has an ampule housing part, a power generation part housing part, and a liquid filling passage and an exhaust air passage for communicating the ampule housing part and the power generation part housing part. The ampule and power generation part are arranged in straight line shape through the liquid filling passage, the side face of the unit cell laminated is arranged facing the liquid filling passage, and the liquid filling passage is divided for each unit cell and is respectively located above the unit cell.
