PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moss-utilizing spraying greening construction method enabling vegetation without stripping off mortar, facilitating maintenance such as mowing, and causing no decline of plants. SOLUTION: The everlasting moss-utilizing spraying greening construction method comprises the following process: laying a moss three-dimensional mat forming a groundwork on the surface of mortar, concrete or rock; spraying base material (BM bacteria-containing black dirt or the like) comprising a base layer (having no moss seeds) 7 mm thick and a surface layer (having moss seeds) 3 mm thick. Such a process enables elimination of the process of stripping off the existing mortar, and results in no need of maintenance such as mowing following growth of grass.
