<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size and low-profile fluid dynamic pressure bearing device as a product which has small shaft loss and a little trouble of the shortage or leakage of lubricating liquid. <P>SOLUTION: A thrust dynamic pressure bearing is formed near the inner periphery, and a region having a slightly wider space is provided outside thereof where lubricating liquid is held. Additionally, an oil circuit is opened to the region having the slightly wider space. The space of the region is set to be wider by at least a dynamic pressure groove depth than the space of a thrust dynamic pressure bearing part.
