<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize smooth deployment action without giving a hindrance to the deployment action of a curtain type airbag in a cover structure of a door lock mechanism in a vehicle in which the curtain airbag is installed on a roof side part and a side door is a hinged double doors. <P>SOLUTION: A cover body 10 covering a striker 5 is made to a two division structure of an outer side cover 20 having an opening 21 and an inner side cover 30 covering an indoor surface side of the curtain type airbag 8. At least the inner side cover 30 is detachably constituted relative to a roof panel 4. Thereby, at the deployment action of the curtain type airbag 8, the inner side cover 30 is easily separated from the outer side cover 20 and a joined line L of both covers 20, 30 is set to a position capable of avoiding interference with the side door 2 (3).
