<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide scan service system by which user's convenience is enhanced in consideration of colors. <P>SOLUTION: The scan service system 10 has, for example, a color complex machine 14 which is an image forming apparatus and the color complex machine 14 has a display panel 20 which is a control panel, a printer part 22 and a scanner part 24. A server 28 receives an original read by a scanner part 24 by a device RGB signal, a scanner profile is attached to the original and stores the original in a file 34 which is a storage means.
