PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the destruction of a hinge stopper in the case that unreasonable force is applied to the tilt-up mechanism of an LCD and to prevent scratches from happening owing to direct abutting of a main body and an LCD unit. SOLUTION: In the tilt-up mechanism of the LCD, a rotation stopper at the time of bringing it up is turned to the stopper of a hinge center part and the double stopper of making the LCD unit and the main body interfere, normally it is stopped by the stopper of the hinge part and it is stopped by using the stopper with the main body in the case that the unreasonable force is applied.
