PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial exchange filter device capable of obtaining a stable filtration performance while using for a filtration of a washing liquid after a dry-cleaning of a material to be washed and suppressing an extreme decline of the filtration performance. SOLUTION: A partial change filter device is provided with an approximately cylindrical vessel 1 having an inlet port 5 and an outlet port 6 connected to a flow-in pipe 7 and a flow-out pipe 8 for a washing liquid after washing a material to be washed, a filter plates 11-A to 11-G which are radially arranged from an axis side to a wall of the vessel 1 and whose sections separate an internal space of the vessel 1 to fan-shaped chambers 10-1 to 10-8 and a partition plate 12, a rotatable supporting means 13 detachably supporting the filter plates 11-A to 11-G and the partition plate 12 under the condition of radially arranged in the vessel 1, and a swinging door 40 attaching/detaching the filter plates 11-A to 11-G and the partition plate 12 from outside and rotating the supporting means 13. The inlet port 5 and the outlet port 6, when the partition plate 12 supported by the supporting means 13 reaches to the rotational position in a vertical direction, are formed at the position respectively opening in two chambers adjacent to and across the partition plate 12 among the chambers of 10-1 to 10-8 formed by the filter plates 11-A to 11-G and the partition plate 12.
