PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable information processor in which no excessive impulse force is applied to a cartridge with built-in disk drive loaded in the processor. SOLUTION: The information processor has a slot part (605) which stores a cartridge (20) which stores a disk-like recording medium (20h) to be attachable/detachable from the outside, a substrate part (604) having a circuit substrate (604a) which processes information recorded in the recording medium (20h), a display part (606) which displays the information processed by the substrate part (604) and at least one of battery storage parts (610, 16) as blocks, respectively in a cabinet and the slot part (605) is arranged so that it is located between other blocks (604, 606) stored in the cabinet (600A).
